Baked Chicken Chimichangas Recipe
Here is a snack that is very famous in Northern Mexico. It is the Empanadas. It is wheat which is cultivated then filled with something savory or sweet, then deep fry till crispy
Next there's "Horchata" a Mexican rice drink: Horchata is a traditional Mexican beverage made with rice. Flavored; with lime and cinnamon and sweetened with sugar. Did you know.. that horchata was originally made with the chufa nut and sometimes with melon or squash seeds. Also, the rice, the nuts or the melon are mixed with water to make the drink milky, and for the drink some people leave the rice and cinnamon in the drink to keep in the flavor.
